Selecting different levels of filter for different situations
For Non-critical applications: choose an air-water separator plus a pre separator filters (C).
For filtration system with drying equipment, valves, pneumatic tools: install air line filters (T) or a high efficiency oil removal filters (A) in addition to the air-water separator and coarse separator filter (C).
For more demanding application: oil vapour removal filters (H) and ultra-high efficiency oil removal filters (AA) can be added.
If to be used in a sterile environment, special stainless steel sterile filter components are also available.
Threaded type filters that can be opened by hand easyly
The SUNWIN® high precision filter with easy and convenient cartridge replacement with robust aluminium housing and threaded connection (from1.2 to 35 Nm3/min). The cyclon water separator and five grades air filter stages up to 16 bar.
Flange type filters for high flow compressed air
Carbon steel welded vessels with flange connections (20 to 400Nm3/min), specially designed cyclone type air-water separation cores, also filters consisting of five grades with one or more filter elements.
Fully in-house developed and produced high pressure filters
SUNWIN® high pressure filters are mainly used in the PET bottle blowing industry, from the point of safety, quality and cost. The housing is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, with a maximum pressure of 40 bar and a high temperature resistance of 80°C (1 to 400 Nm3/min).
